Dental Anxiety: Becoming Comfortable in the Dentist's Chair

I'm Alyssa Liebert and I was new to Central Illinois. I relocated here from California so when I originally moved to town I needed to find all new everything, including a new dentist. Then a colleague of mine actually is a patient here and recommended the office. My colleague who recommended the office is a long-time patient and she's not a big fan of the dentist, and I specifically remember her commenting that she always felt comfortable here and that she didn't dread going to the dentist, which for me was definitely a plus. A lot of people have anxiety about going to the dentist and I would include myself in that category. And everyone here is very comforting, very friendly, personable, gets to know you, your family, and definitely makes coming to the dentist not as anxiety-inducing as it could be. I have a lot of colleagues who always ask me for recommendations because we all share the same insurance and I always recommend Wyse Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.
